The Equity Education Association is a student-led organization dedicated to fostering educational equity across all communities and fields. We provide personalized online English lessons to students in less developed areas of mainland China, as well as in-person courses in various subjects to local schools and ethnic minority communities equipped with less resources in Hong Kong.
Our vision is to cultivate a shared appreciation for education’s transformative power, igniting passion for learning in both those who serve and those who are served. Not only can we aid less advantaged students to achieve their true potential, but also inspire our teacher members to develop their own passion for service and community engagement by witnessing the direct impact of their efforts and making closer connections with the ones they serve.

Hong Kong, Yunnan-Yulong, Sichuan-Liangshan, Hubei-Jingmen, Shandong-Jining, Shandong-Linyi, Liaoning-Shenyang, Guangxi-Guilin, Fujian-Jinjiang.
Our Team 2025-2026
To date, EEA has delivered over 2,500 hours of lessons, with more than 12 classes weekly. We collaborate with four less-privileged mainland Chinese schools and two local Hong Kong communities, and partner with other local and global educational NGOs to advance our mission.
Cooperative Partner
We partner with organizations and student associations to fundraise for improved educational materials like books and computers, as well as to facilitate student exchange programs.
